This website describes the development capabilities of REDPartners and provides a way to contact us. By using it you accept these terms.

Nothing on this website is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security or interest in any investment, fund, or joint venture. No content here should be read as investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice.

Submitting an enquiry form or emailing us does not create an advisory, agency, brokerage, partnership, joint venture, or fiduciary relationship. A relationship arises only under a signed written agreement.

Please do not send confidential or proprietary information through this site before we have a confidentiality agreement in place.

We take care to keep this site accurate, but we do not warrant that it is complete, current, or error-free, and we may change its content at any time without notice. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or free of defects.

Where we link to a third-party site, we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

REDPartners runs an SMS programme for people who register for an open working session and tick the box asking to be texted. Consent is never a condition of registering, of attending, or of anything else we do. The box is unticked by default and everything the programme sends also goes out by email.

The programme carries session logistics: the venue once it is confirmed, a reminder before the date, and notice of any change. Expect around four messages for a session; frequency varies with how much moves before the day. Occasionally it also sends an invitation to our next working session in your market, which is why it is registered with carriers as a mixed programme rather than a purely transactional one.

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or your messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Consent you give here is consent to hear from REDPartners about a REDPartners session, and it is not passed to anyone else.

Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to leave the programme and HELP for help. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

REDPartners is a trading name of Commodity Express LLC, which operates the programme and holds its carrier registration. The company publishes its own terms of service.

The content, design, and marks on this site belong to REDPartners or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own reference. Any other reproduction or commercial use requires our written permission.

Neither side is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, or lost data, however it arises out of your use of this site.

Our total liability to you arising out of this site is limited to the fees you have paid us in the twelve months before the event that gave rise to the claim, or one hundred United States dollars if you have paid us nothing.

These limits do not apply to fraud, to wilful misconduct, to death or personal injury caused by negligence, or to anything else the law does not allow to be limited.

If someone brings a claim against us because of what you submitted through this site, because of your use of it, or because you broke these terms, you will cover our reasonable costs and any damages. We will tell you promptly about any such claim and let you take charge of defending it.

We may change these terms. The current version is always on this page with its date at the top, and a change takes effect when it is posted. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept it. If you do not, stop using the site.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws rules, and the courts of the State of Texas have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of them.

REDPartners is a trading name of Commodity Express LLC, a Texas limited liability company, which is the party these terms are with. The company publishes group terms covering all of the brands it operates. These are the specific terms for this site and they govern here.
