Privacy Policy

Last updated 14 August 2026

REDPartners is a real estate development firm. This site exists so that investors, land owners, development partners, occupiers, brokers, and trade partners can reach us. This policy explains what we do with what you send.

Information we collect

We collect only the information you choose to give us. That means the details you enter into one of the Partner With Us intake forms: your name, company, contact details, and the project, property, or requirement information relevant to the track you selected, together with anything you write to us by email.

If you register for one of our open working sessions, that registration is taken on a third-party event registration platform rather than on this site, and it collects your name, your contact details, and the answers that session asks for.

We do not ask for, and you should not submit, government identification numbers, bank account details, or other sensitive personal information through this website.

How we use it

We use what you submit to evaluate the opportunity or enquiry and to correspond with you about it. Submissions are routed to the principal responsible for that track.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We will share it with our advisors, lenders, or capital partners only where doing so is necessary to evaluate or execute a transaction you have approached us about.

How your information is handled

A form submission goes to two places at once. A form-delivery provider emails it to us, and our customer relationship platform records it so that the enquiry can be picked up and followed through. Each of them processes what you sent only in order to provide that service to us, and neither may use it for anything else.

A registration for a working session is held by the event registration platform that took it, and is passed to the same customer relationship platform so that we know who is coming.

If you book a consultation, the scheduler on that page is embedded from a third-party scheduling provider. What you enter into it goes to that provider and then to us.

Your submission travels over an encrypted connection in every case. If you would rather not use the forms at all, email us directly at executive@redpartners.co.

Text messages

We text you only if you asked us to. The box sits on the session registration form, it is unticked by default, and leaving it blank changes nothing about your place in the room. You receive the same information by email.

If you do tick it, we send what the session needs: the venue address once it is confirmed, a reminder the day before, and word of anything that changes. That is roughly four messages for a session, sent automatically to the mobile number you gave us at registration.

Occasionally we also send an invitation to our next working session in your market. That is the one thing the programme sends which is not logistics for a session you already registered for, and it is why the programme is registered with carriers as a mixed one rather than a purely transactional one. Replying STOP ends all of it, invitations included.

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or your messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. That is absolute and it overrides anything else on this page: the advisors, lenders, and capital partners described above never receive mobile numbers or opt-in records. The only third party that ever handles them is the messaging provider that carries our message to your handset on our behalf, which may not use them for anything else.

Reply STOP to any message to end them, or HELP to reach us. Stopping the texts does not cancel your registration and does not stop the email. Message and data rates may apply, and delivery depends on your mobile carrier, which we do not control.

REDPartners is a trading name of Commodity Express LLC, which operates this messaging programme and holds its carrier registration. The company publishes the same disclosures in its own privacy policy.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Your light or dark theme preference is stored locally in your own browser and is never transmitted to us.

Two other parties do see that your browser loaded a page, because the page asks your browser to fetch something from them: a web font provider serves the typefaces, and the scheduling provider serves the booking widget when you open it. Each receives your IP address as part of any ordinary web request, and each has its own privacy policy.

If we add analytics in future, this policy will be updated before that change goes live.

How long we keep things

We retain enquiry correspondence for as long as we have a live or reasonably foreseeable business relationship with you, and thereafter as our records and legal obligations require.

Records that prove someone opted in or out of messages are kept for as long as we need them to honour that choice and to show that we honoured it.

Contract, billing, and tax records are kept for the period the law requires, which is longer than any of the above and which we cannot shorten on request.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy of it, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can tell us to stop marketing to you, and you can stop texts at any time by replying STOP.

Depending on where you live you may hold those as formal rights, under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, the California Consumer Privacy Act, another state privacy law, or the UK and EU GDPR. We honour a request from anyone who makes one rather than checking your address first and applying the law only where we must.

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, as those terms are defined in California law. We have not done so in the twelve months before the date shown above.

We will not treat you worse for exercising a right and we will not charge you for it. If we need to verify that a request is really from you, we will ask for no more than is necessary to check. Email executive@redpartners.co and we will respond.

Security

We protect what we hold with measures appropriate to what it is: encrypted connections, access limited to the people who need it, credentials held outside the codebase, and the security controls of the reputable providers we build on.

We are not going to tell you that our systems cannot be broken into, because nobody can honestly say that about any system. What we can tell you is that if something happens which affects your information, we will tell you and we will tell the regulators we are required to tell.

Children

Everything this firm does is business to business. This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, tell us and we will delete it.

Where your information is handled

We are a Texas company and we handle information in the United States. If you are outside the United States, using this site or contacting us means your information is handled there, under privacy law that differs from your own.

Changes to this policy

We will post any change to this policy on this page and update the date shown above. Material changes affecting how we handle information you have already given us will be communicated directly where we have a way to reach you.

Changes are never applied backwards to make something we already did acceptable.
